Barney O'Neil
Thank you so much for the photo of my great uncles gravestone. Barney came from Ireland to Northern New York when he was 10 years old. Their imagrant ship was turned away at New York and Boston due to disease from the potato famine. They went on to Montreal and came across the river.
When Barney was a young man he left New York to go out west to help General Custer fight Indians. I don't think he ever found Custer, but he never came back. He is special to me, because my father was named after him.
Thanks again

Thanks so much for checking to see if Jens has a grave marker. I really appreciate the effort. I am also a photo volunteer for Find A Grave so I know what you have to go thru to fill a request. Thanks again, keep up the good work.

Thank you so much...I didn't know where or when Arvilla died and here she was with James (she died in a different county). I appreciate you doing this so much!
