Walking cemeteries is time consuming and sometimes very difficult. Producing a good quality photograph can also be equally time consuming if you clean the stone with water or edit the photo in a computer program. Please follow genealogical guidelines and cite your sources.
Transfer requests can be made with in the guidelines of find a grave: within four generations, siblings, parents, grandparents, greatgrandparents. Please include relationship outside these guidelines.

If requesting a link, please provide the memorial link, accurate link number with full name to prevent incorrect links. Use the edit tab on each memorial you are requesting a modification to.

Remember that Find a grave's prime purpose is as a grave registration website, you should not post duplicate memorials or post photos to a grave that you know is entered incorrectly to a cemetery. This practice leads other people to conclude the grave is located in that cemetery.

Thank you for the picture. I did change her last name to Gillaspie. It was noted that she later marrie Frances Pulver.

Thank You

RE: Smiths in Main Station
Hi Rhonda, I have moved Francis and Cora and credited you with finding them. We had guessed at Cora's dates, since Skip couldn't find them. I also put in photo requests in for them and may contact you again, since you have the Appanoose Co. cemetery records. Thanks Again, Jim

Good Morning Rhonda, Thank you very much for the transfers. I called Skip and told him about it and he said he had talked to you and you had found Francis and Cora. I will move them now and after skip's busy day, well work on the others tonight. Like I said, Skip is a very thoughtful guy, he even sends hand written thank you cards when he buys a fishing reel on eBay and that is unheard of. Thanks again, Jim

Dear Rhonda, thank you so much for your prompt reply to my message! Since I'm not very adept with this sort of thing, would you please transfer the info on F. Logan and Cora and the info on my ancestors in the Main Station cemetery to Jim Jones? He's working with me on this project and teaching me how to manage the memorials. I'm profoundly grateful for all of the work you've done in recording this history of my family!

RE: Requests
Hi Rhonda, Thank you for checking. Skip has a lot of family information in a filing cabinet and when I told him about Find A Grave he wanted to learn, but it's going to take a while, so I thought this would be the easiest way. Thank You, Jim
