Christopher Cripps headstone photo
Dear Mr. Sands,

Greetings from Paris, France! Just wanted to thank you for the photo of Christopher Cripps' headstone that you posted on He was my great, great grandfather. If ever you come across his wife, Jane Sharp Cripps' headstone, I would be interested in having a photo of that as well.

In any case, merci beaucoup once again, and all the best to you and yours!

RE: Samantha Younglood
Thank you. If it's just a stone set into the cemetery, do you really think she needs a memorial on Find A Grave? The township says she's not buried here. It gives a false assumption that she's actually here having the memorial. Maybe a note should be added that she's not actually buried there? I'll have to write the state for a death certificate, something I cannot afford right now.

Samantha Youngblood
Memorial #102241575 - Do you know the story behind this? How did you come across this "stone" and where in the cemetery is it? Who is she and is she related to anyone in the cemetery? It is my understanding, years ago when completing "South Attica Pioneers", after I had joked about being buried there, that new burials of any kind were not allowed, the township even disapproved of ashes. They deemed this cemetery closed except for the couple of graves purchased many, many years ago that haven't been used yet. The township has no record of Samantha Youngblood being buried there and I was told again, the cemetery is closed, one of the reasons it was a good subject for a book. Anyway, her addition here is confusing and when I went searching for her "stone", I couldn't find it.

Family Tranfer
Hi Walter,
Thank you so much for the pictures of my family. I really appreciate it. I am now in Michigan and able to get to the cemetery. It would be an honor for me to take over the memorials for my family. West, Webster, Chapel, Phelps, and Spencer's. Just let me know what my responsibilities will be.
Thanking you again for all of you assistance.
