|My name is Tamara (Tammy) Miller. My parents are Michael Schupbach and Barbara Haagenson. I grew up in Fairbank and currently live in the small town of Oran, IA with my son and daughter. I've been doing my family history since 2004 so have been to a few cemeteries looking for information and taking pictures of some of the gravestones. I find it very peaceful walking through a cemetery and looking at the names on the stones.|

Thank you sooo much for finding & photographing the stone. When graves are this old, I wasn't sure if there would even be a stone, much less that it was so legible!! I don't think I'll ever get to view this myself, so again, THANK YOU for posting it to her find-a-grave memorial!! Judy

When I did her town of birth I put Holbrook it should be Marengo and that is still in Iowa County. Fingers too big for cell phone.
Also, her photo needs to be changed from grave to personal photo. When I get back up there this fall I'll get a photo of the stone for you.

Thank you for finding where Fred (Fritz) Hanni is buried!! Is there a stone marking his grave? If so would you have any way of taking a photo of it?? Again, Thank You so much! Chris from Indiana

I find that you have posted for Elgin IA cemetery for Fred Wegmiller. He was married to Elizabeth Duby, sister of my GG Grandfather Christian Duby. Wondering if this is someone in your family and if not if you would consider transferring him to me. His wife outlived him by about 30 yrs and I do not yet know if she is buried with him as she died in St Louis Co, MN in 1943. Would love to hear from you.
