Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been researching my family history for many years. My sister-in-law, Rose, did a lot of genealogy for my family years ago and I've continued that research; combined with numerous items given to me by parents and grandparents.

Family history and ancestors are all in the Nashville TN, NC, and VA areas for many, many generations. Especially the Nashville, Davidson County area. Family names include Hardy Fields Gardner Gower Garland Gatlin Grizzard Reeves Jordan Robertson Sanders Maxey Dodd Seat Creech Lucas and many others.

This site is amazing! Thank you to all the people out there that take the time to help one another and pay tribute to those that have passed away.

William T Gower (1812-1885)
I saw that you had left a comment on William T Gower's gravesite on here as your 4th great uncle. He is my 3 times great grandfather. :)

Please, why are some not marked. It would be such an honor to being the visible memory back.

Hi Marsha,
I'm also researching Gower. If you are on I've done the DNA test and so has my son.

You're welcome, "Martha"! (Cringe. Apology via your seldom-used email account.) I'm looking forward to visiting Murphy Reece at City Cemetery, too.

Spring Hill Cemetery
As you have probley seen there are alot of requests, that have not as yet gotten fullfilled and they may not either if the requestors dont call the Spring Hill office for the locations .
So you may have to delete the original request and do over by calling the Cemetery office for location of your familys interment for pic takers to actually get the pics for you.

I suggest you may have to call the Funeral Home Office and ask for the locations of any of your loved ones . And then put the location section in the request so the people who go to take pics wont have to go to the office to ask for the locations .

The last times I went to ask for locations , the people in the office there said, they would have to charge non family members 5 dollars to look up locations, because they were much too busy helping the family members of interments .
Good luck in your Ancestry searches.

As you are family and I'm not, would you like me to transfer management of the memorial to you?
