Dear Crystal Orton:
I am attempting to fill your Darling requests at Hillside Cemetery in North Adams, MA. You asked for any other Darlings and I have found one not listed on the census, Albert J. Darling. Under the name it states "New York' and below that some type of engineers unit (U.S. Army?). I believe it says he died May 21 ??69. Does this look like someone in your tree? I can go back and do a rubbing if you think this might be a relative.

Hi there, I found the site where Mary is buried. It is not in the Greenwood Cemetery but at the Scottsville Cemetery in Blue Lake. It is a small three or four family plot with the bodies of soldiers of the Indian wars buried to the back of them along with several pioneer babies. I took several photos of the area. If Mary had a headstone is gone now. I do have a picture of the exact spot and a map of where she lies. Would you like for me to submit photos of the cemetery.
