I would be happy to transfer these memorials to family members.

Hi Tracey,

You are most welcome for the photo. Feel free to use it as you wish and don't worry about credits. Any pictures I post on Find A Grave are for the loved ones benefit and not mine.

Best regards, Ron

My information was from a web public source. Other people may have added to that at a later date.

I'll have to look at this the next time I am in the area of that cemetery. I don't believe I would have taken both pictures and created a memorial if they were that close together, but I'll check it out.
Thanks,
Bev

Pleasant Hill Cemeteries in Walhalla and Westminster, SC
Hello. You are right about the two cemeteries having duplicate memorials. They even have the same picture of the cemetery assigned to both. The picture of headstones by GenieBugs is of the Walhalla cemetery, but it's attached to both cemeteries. Yes, I'm familiar with the Westminster cemetery although I haven't walked it. I personally walked all over the Walhalla cemetery and took pictures of headstones; but I would rather not attach the pictures to memorials that are in the wrong location. Some time back I wrote Find-a-Grave and asked them about having the memorials from the Westminster location that are attached to the wrong cemetery moved to the Walhalla cemetery. I told them that I could provide a list of those headstones that are in the Walhalla cemetery. It is not important that the memorials be mine, but I think it's important that the people be found in the correct cemetery. I have never heard back from them and don't know exactly what to do next. Any suggestions you might have would be greatly appreciated.

Would you happen to have a photograph of his grave? A description of his grave monument can be found on his memorial page.

RE: Elizabeth Caldwell

I also thought the workers that shoveled the snow deserved a mention...just a feel good story all around <3
