Lewis Eaton
Hello, Robert.
Is there any indication that Lewis Eaton was a Civil War Veteran? I am seeking Lewis EATON who died after Oct 1,1863 when he was mustered out from Little Rock.
He was born in New York but enlisted from Minnesota where he lived. He was just 24 when he died. No death or Cemetery record has ever been found for him in MN. Any clues are much appreciated. Sharyn Herian

John Mandeville
I am a great-great granddaughter of John Mandeville. How do I make a request?

RE: John Mandeville
John was a veteran from the Civil War. I believe the veterans may provide stones.

Headstone photo
Robert - I was taking photos in Angelcrest cemetery, Valparaiso, IN today, so checked to see if Frederick Riley had his headstone placed yet; he hasn't. I did take a photo of the funeral home marker w/his name & dates. Also a photo of the area where he is buried. If you like, I can e-mail you copies, or post to Frederick's memorial. Please let me know which you prefer. Karen

Hi and thanks so much for the info.
I don't like listing memorials without cemetery but don't want to leave anyone out.
If you need a transfer let me know.
Thanks again for taking time to send info.

BTW - I looked at this again and want you to know that Linda earned her Doctor of Medicine from Indiana University.

Thank You. She was my Friend. I think of her often, and now I know where I can visit her. Her death still breaks my heart; I wish she had said something.

You are very welcome! Thank you for taking the time to enter all of it. All the info had been gathered by my Aunt back in the 1970's, much of it being provided by a cousin, Minnie Dettweiller.
The headstone for Henry is beautiful. Which headstone did you restore?
