|Carol Sherbeck Espiritu||RE: RE : Ernest Trout|
I have been working on Ernest Trout and hope to hear from the Wyoming State Archives Family History person in a few days. I wrote to the Valley View Cemetery and requested that they check their records based on the Find A Grave memorial and the photograph of Clara's grave. They finally found the location of the graves in their maps and have updated their records to show the burials. I'm hoping the Archives can locate information that will tell where they died since it may not have been in Wyoming. Thanks for all your help. If you find out anything else will be happy to learn about it.
|Carol Sherbeck Espiritu||RE: Turner Family in Ohio|
Josiah Turner born 1874 and married to Rosa Bell Gates had a son named George C. Turner born in Ohio in 1900-1953. I am not aware of a George Turner from Virginia or his children Joseph or Elizabeth. Josiah's father is Solomon Turner from England and Ohio; none of his children known to me were named George. Sorry not to be of more help. My line is the Gates line so I have not done a lot of research on the Turners.

You created this memorial in 2008 and included the statement that he was the son of Amos and Clara (Front) Trout. I am hoping that you might have some knowledge of his family beyond the vital dates shown on the memorial. Specifically do you know where he died and was his mother's maiden name Front or is that just one of the many variations on the spelling of Trout? I would like to send for a death certificate but informed by the Wyoming Archives that they do not have a record of his death in Wyoming. One Ancestry.com family tree shows Denver. If you have any more information I would appreciate you sharing. I realize that most memorials are created by people who are not related to the people for whom the memorial is created. It's a long shot but thought I would ask.

I am adding John Porter to the Evergreen Cemetery Delphi, IA. I am going to add the rest of the family buried around him and all sides of his tombstone, but at the moment I am busy with a funeral. I should get them posted next week.

You requested a photo for Willis Duncan in Bayard Cemetery in Nebraska. My sister and I walked the entire cemetery and were only able to find a marker that said The Willis Duncan Family, unfortunately there were no other markers nearby. I put both photos up. There were a Fred and Rose Duncan in that cemetery but nowhere close to Willis. I'm sorry this isn't very helpful for research.
