Started doing my local cemetery and after finding several Civil War vets I thought it would be interesting to look for Revolution and Civil War burials in Dearborn Co. Indiana. That in turn has turned into finding pioneer and forgotten burial grounds in my area also. Will transfer most memorials unless they are my ancestors. Corrections are appreciated, nasty grams are not.|
If anyone knows of a Civil War burial, [or Revolutionary War] vet in Dearborn County IN. that I have missed please let me know.
If you want to use photos I have taken ok, just give me credit.
I have been hacked recently by I believe someone asking questions about burials at my home e mail. If you have asked a question and I have not answered within a couple of weeks I probably thought adress looked suspicious and deleted. Sorry about that but just ask the question again on my main pages message feature .

You can send me a copy of the picture, but I highly doubt we will be able to tell what state he is from. The only time you can distinguish Indiana soldiers from other soldier is when they are wearing a Indiana "Zouave Jacket". I can send you a sample if you would like, however, most officers wore the regulation uniforms.

I saw that you took the pictures at the Johnston Family Cemetery. Is this cemetery accessible to the public or is it on private property? I'm a direct descendant of George Johnston and I would love to visit the cemetery. It looks like it's in pretty bad shape. I live in Whitestown, northwest of Indianapolis. Thanks!

Hi Justin, do you know if these cemeteries are accessible? Both listed Guilford Dearborn, Indiana. My family, Hester Crozier and Decker Crozier. Thank you!

Justin, Thank you for the transfer of the memorial you created for Dr. Fleetwood Howard Sale. It was nice to be able to add information from the family files to his memorial this morning. mrs
