Bio

I am a Vietnam War Era/Cold War Veteran looking out for our deceased Veterans.

I locate War of 1812, Mexican War, Indians Wars, Civil War and Spanish American War Veteran graves in Orange County, California. As of November 2018, I'm starting to locate WWI/WWI Era Veteran graves (along with other select military graves) in Orange County. As a California Land Surveyor I placed highly accurate GPS coordinates on the Civil War Veteran grave locations and photographed the grave markers to incorporate into FindAGrave and assist the Orange County California Genealogical Society (OCCGS) for the biographies they are writing on these Veterans.
Biographies for Civil War is located at:
https://occgs.com/projects/civil_war/cw_index.html

An index of the Veterans buried in local cemeteries (up to Spanish American War) can be found at:
https://occgs.com/projects/military_veterans/military_veterans.html

My Orange County Civil War Veteran graves project (published in 2007) is located at:
https://www.santaanahistory.com/civilwarveterangravesite

All other Veteran graves (up to Spanish American War) I used a hand held GPS receiver that is good enough in FindAGrave to locate the grave, unless otherwise stated using my plus or minus 1.00 feet accuracy statement.
