Bio and Links
Bio Photo I was born in the city of Chula Vista, San Diego County, California, and reside here today. I am of Italian and French-Canadian descent. My parents are both from Rochester, New York, and moved to San Diego in 1954.

My Italian paternal grandparents are from the commune of Villavallelonga in the province of L'Aquila, Italy. They immigrated to the U.S. to Rochester, NY, in 1905 and 1910.

My French maternal grandmother was born in Smith Falls, Ontario, Canada. Her family originated from an unknown region of France to Quebec, Canada, during the 1700s. My maternal grandfather was born in Rochester, but unfortunately, I do not know much about his heritage.

I am a nature enthusiast, enjoy the outdoors, traveling, and visiting historical places. Genealogy has always been a keen interest of mine. I spend a lot of time building my family tree, and helping others with theirs. On occasions, I visit cemeteries to photograph headstones and create new memorials. For many years, I've also assisted with transcribing/indexing genealogy records you may find on ancestry websites.

At times I get ahead of myself and find my own work duplicated - especially when creating memorials. Parallel to that come typographical errors. I would surely appreciate a reminder if you happen to spot anything incorrect that I have entered.

When submitting revisions, please use the memorial's "EDIT" tab as much as possible. This feature is very convenient - plus F-A-G maintains all editing records.

I will gladly transfer management of a memorial per your request.

You have permission to copy my F-A-G photos for use in your own projects.

Thank you for the help and support, fun and informative chats, and positive communications from everyone using F-A-G. Please feel free to contact me at any time.

Memorial# 116551154
Hello... I was wondering if you would transfer ownership of John S Metz Memorial# 116551154. He was my maternal step-grandpa, married to my grandma, Agnes Metz.
Thank you so much
