I first became interested in genealogy when Mrs. Evans, my 4th grade teacher, gave an assignment to do a history of my family. My grandmother gave me valuable family information which I saved and it helped me much later after she had passed away. I have been researching seriously since about 1998. In spite of how there is a never ending supply of new questions to be answered in my own family tree, now I would like to help others in their family roots search. To this end I have made transcriptions of the 1940 census and other records but I believe that making local cemetery transcriptions with photos at Find A Grave and making other memorials from death notices are the most useful things I can do.

There are so many factors involved in providing photos (weather, too much sun, sun at the wrong angle). If a better photo is obtained at a later date, please contact me through "suggest a correction" and I will gladly remove my photo.

If you would like a transfer of a memorial, please ask me through "Suggest a correction or provide additional information." I will be happy to transfer any memorial if I am not related.

If you have additional information to share, please contact me through "Suggest a correction or provide additional information."

RE: Hysans at New Cathedral
Hi Jeanjo,
I'm not related. My best friend is distantly related (I did his family tree). How are you related? I do transfer to those who I know are related to my entries.

He is my great uncle. His step brother and relatives are also buried in Baltimore.

I live in Rosedale, not far from Gardens of Faith. Are you connected to the family? I can maintain his page if you'd like to pass it over to me. Thanks.

(I'd like to find his actual grave there; do you know where the plot is? Thanks.)

RE: O'Neil family
Thanks so much for the info! Those second marriages are often hard to trace for some reason. I appreciate you taking the time to research it and send me the info!

Are you related to James Salvatore DiNatale? If so would you like him transfered to you? Are his parents buried in Moreland? If so I can check my photos for them. Debbie

William B. Hysan, Jr
Hi Jeanjo,
Can you please go to your profile page and click on your 'Edits' tab, and approve linking William B. Hysan, Jr. to his parents for me? I'm working on that family for a friend of mine. Thanks,
Dan Phelan

RE: Thomas E Orem
My grandmothers 2nd husband was Bruce Orem. Other than that I have little interest in the Orem family.

RE: Mary L Jeffery #111491869
The date on the other memorial was a burial date, not a death date. It seems the other person used information from cemetery records, not from actual grave sites. thank you for your help...Debbie
