I am a descendant of the Daniel Taylor Dean family, Millard Irons family, Solomon Maggert family and Johann Zerfass family. My grandmother, Hazel Surface McPhail and my mother, Lorraine McPhail Dean, decorated graves each year and I went with them, thus my fascination with cemeteries.

My husband's family is John Lafayette LeMaster family, Wm. Jackson Hughes family, Daniel Wainwright family, John H. Boston family, Coleman Pryor Eaton family.

We live in Topeka, Ks. but grew up in Carl Junction, Jasper Co. MO.

I do not know most of the memorials I have built..but I always leave a flower. I try to remember veterans, infants, unknowns and old, old graves.
