Bio and Links
Bio Photo I became interested in genealogy in April '09 and it has been my passion since then. My interest in cemeteries and graves started much more recently and findagrave has turned into my brand new hobby.

I live in San Luis Obispo County, CA and will probably only take photos in the north county.

Feel free to use the photos I take anyway you wish ( etc.).

To the left you can see a picture of the Kropp family in 1959, my dad is the baby in his father's arms.

Last names I am researching:
Kropp, Brown, Pullen, Klaus, and Thompson.

Photo Request
You requested photos for John and Carrie Warrick in the Bayard Cemetery in Nebraska. My sister and I found them and some other Warricks I thought I'd let you know about in case they'll help your search: Lydia, Earl, Mary, and M. A. Ted Warrick. Good luck in your search (I noticed you also have Smith requests too. I am slowly working through our 580 photos. I'll let you know what I found when I tackle that group. Smith is my maiden name and I am a direct descendant of some buried there which is why I made the super far trip)

Klaus - near East graves
I see that you researching the Klaus family. I photographed Alice & Richard Klaus' tombstones located very close to that of the East tombstones. By any chance, are they yours as well?

SLO interesting Cemeteries
As a kid I used to wander the west end of SLO. We lived at 480 Pismo Street. Down on Higuera and Bridge Street is the Old Mission Cemetery behind some industrial buildings. Sometime when you are in town and have a little time it is very interesting with old headstones back in the beginning of SLO history. Most people never know it is there since you can't really see it from the street.

We used to wander around in there on Saturday mornings looking for the oldest monuments we could find and wonder who the people were that were buried there. Come to find out my relatives were some of the people who settled a lot of SLO county but there are some stones there from before that too.

Thanks for the photo of my grandfathers headstone!

I need to get out there and visit the cemetery next time I get to California.

I went to high school in San Luis and grade school in Morro Bay. I have many relatives who settled in SLO county from 1860s on.

Weber Tombstone Photo
Hi Ellen,
Thank you so very much for the tombstone photo for Albert Weber, his wife and daughter. I appreciate you taking the photo and adding to their Memorials.

I want to also thank you for the website of the cemetery listing. I didn't know that Alberta Weber Van Gilder was buried their. I had entered her as unknown but have changed to this cemetery. I also found Albert's son Robert W. Weber listed as Robert W. Webber in section 42-1 next to Albert. Don't know if he has a tombstone. I'm going to see if I can locate an obituary as I had never found when he died but was buried 5/8/1945.

Again, thank you so very much for this information as it has helped me to clear up some of my unknown information.
