I see flowers on this man's grave; are you related to him? He has an 'indirect' link in our family. If you are related, would like to communicate.

RE: Sophia Carson Doty
Was trying to make a point that you had the wrong headstone; your Sophia is different than my Sophia Jane Carson who married Timothy Doty. The children you have for Sophia Carson and John Loyal Doty is incorrect except for Timothy M. Doty 1839 -1841. I have removed my ancestors headstone.

RE: Sopha Carson Doty
There are two Sophia's one is mine Sophia Jane Carson, which is on the headstone (wife of Timothy Doty) and I have from Illinois archives the original marriage record: VR Henry County, ILL, marriages 1790 - 1860 item number 85 which states: Married at the house of William Carson on the 9th Day of December 1843 Timothy Doty to Sophia J. Carson. Edward Otis Ministry. Entered Jan 6, 1844.

Their child, my Great Grandmother is Emma Louella Doty who married who married Nathan Henry Mock. I have both their death records which verify parents. Sandra

Ephraim Conley and Mary Francena Conley Crider
I am very interested in sharing information with anyone interested in Ephraim Davis Conley, Lucy Grace Ward Conley, and Mary Francena Conley Crider (my great grandmother). I noted the comment regarding the census identifying a son Frank. I have concluded that the census is incorrect, but I am open to other ideas. Don King,

Jimmy Criswell
Jimmy Criswell is buried at Clouston Methodist Church Cemetery in Marshall County, West Virginia. His brother, Daniel H. Criswell, placed a headstone in 1903, I believe, after his father died in 1902. The memorial names Virginia, who I think is a sister who died young also. In addition, it names Martha, Georgina, John, father, and mother. Daniel H. and Jimmy's father and mother were Daniel and Margaret Ann (Bird) Criswell. I cannot find their burials. I am beginning to think the Criswells were very private people. John could be Daniel's father, but I thought he went to Iowa. It could also be a brother, John W. Criswell. If you discover any more facts, please contact me.

Jimmy Criswell
James "Jimmy" Criswell's parents were Daniel and Margaret Ann (Bird) Criswell. John Criswell was Daniel's father and Jimmy's grandfather.

Sorry for the appears that Cindy Taylor who created memorial #63517988 for Lucinda Taylor (her ggggrandmother) has now merged that site with a recently located original site #16267198 for Lucindy Taylor, and is now mamaging that site. She appearently has taken care the requested merge. Thank you for your response...Be Well. Jon

Israel Albert Lary

I noticed your virtual flowers on the memorial for Albert (Find A Grave Memorial# 11542767) and the note in your profile that you are always interested in new information on your family.

In the event that he is a relative, you may be interested in knowing that there are now links to his parents, maternal grandparents and three children. If you happen to have any additional information on the Larys or Bakers, I would be happy to add it to any of the memorials that I have.

Best wishes.
