Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am a retired teacher, living in Janesville, Wisconsin. I like to research family on both my mother's side (Tess, Funk, Adams, Butler) and my dad's side (Pierce, Donaldson, Leaver, Chambers, Knox).

In addition, I have been teaching myself about local history by researching and listing old burials from Millard cemetery in Walworth County and Oak Hill cemetery in Janesville, WI. If any of those folks are your close relatives, just request a transfer.

If you see anything I post that you believe is an error, please use the edit tabs or drop me a note.

RE: Transfer request
Sherry, I Am so sorry for the very delayed response. Thank you so very much for the Preller transfers and all of the work that you do! I was soo excited to find them all and oddly so close together. Only the Iowa daughter is missing.
Again thank you so much, and I must admit I was a little disappointed that you were not related. Maybe someday I will find a living relative in that line.

Franklin Blood
RE: Franklin Alonzo Blood (1803-1881), Memorial# 130750234

I show his name is Franklin F. Blood.

Can you tell me if his middle name (Alonzo) came from the cemetery marker or from some other source? I am asking because all the records I have seen give his middle initial as F.

Thanks for checking,
David Fleming
