Hazel McDaniels
Robert, Hi! I am related to Hazel McDaniels. I was wondering if there was two Hazel McDaniels in
Evergreen Washelli Memorial Park in
Seattle? I see the photo of your copy, Hzazel McDaniels, 1921-1968. When I called the cemetery they gave me info on a Hazel McDaniels, who died July 5, 1988 and was buried July 15, 1988. They said she was the spouse of James Paul Walker. Can you help me at all on this.

A cousin,

Tim Rawson

Nice job on his memorial. I am not an oarsman and never heard of him before reading the book. Very impressive, especially his role in the development of the 1936 UW Huskies National and Olympic champion crew. I have a slight bias; I was a USNA mid in 1952 when the 1952 crew, including a classmate took Olympic gold at Helsinki. That classmate won another prize in Finland. He married her when we graduated the next year.
