Bio Photo Hello.

****COMPUTER IN FOR REPAIRS****

I am in Michigan. I am not related to 99.999% of my entries, but have added them with the hope that other researchers who have come to a dead end may be helped. With respect to those entries, I have no other information available as I have tried to include as much info as I have.

PROCEDURES FOR LINKS, ADDING OR CHANGING INFO, TRANSFERS:

Please do not be offended, but for a number of reasons, including the volume of requests, I transfer memorials in accordance with Find A Grave's published guidelines. If you request a transfer, please be sure to include your relationship to the person who is the subject of the memorial. I cannot respond to transfer requests for all memorials with the same surname in a cemetery or to requests for a large number of memorials with the same surname.

If there are entries which need to be linked, please send the info to me via the correction/EDIT option or Suggest a Change (SAC) in the upper right corner and I will add the links. Also, if you would like me to add information to a memorial, please forward the relevant info via the SAC option for the quickest response.

If there is information in a memorial concerning a living person which you would like removed, please send me a request via the SAC option.

PLEASE DO NOT send transfer requests, relationship links or additional information for memorials via the public messages option. I do not make changes sent to my profile page. PLEASE USE THE EDIT TAB LOCATED IN THE UPPER RIGHT CORNER OF THE MEMORIAL.

OBITUARIES: Find A Grave has updated its policy concerning the use of obituaries in memorials (See: "Can I add an obituary to my interment listing?" under the Frequently Asked Questions section). If you send a request asking that an obituary be added, please be sure to confirm in your message that you have complied with the policy or I will not be able to add it.

Generally, I do not link to unknown burials. Nor do I add raw US Census or similar records, preferring instead to add information in sentences.

Many thanks for the kind notes, thank yous, flowers and tokens which are left on the memorials. It is rewarding to know that my work has helped someone.

Thank you.

Thank you for the pleasant surprise of allowing me to maintain his memorial. He was the most influential teacher I ever had and he was beloved by so very many. We still talk about him to this day and that is really a great legacy, isn't it? Thanks so very much!

Grave Location
Hi, I am hoping you can help me. You posted the grave for a Jacob Frederick Weber in the Lutheran Home Cemetery Monitor Twp. Jacob was my great great grandfather. Can you tell where the grave is located in the cemetery? I walked through it looking for other relatives but did not see a grave marker for him. Thanks!!!

P.S.
Oh yeah, I also forgot to mention that the day you either took/uploaded the photo of my maternal grandparents headstone was the day I gave birth to my son Matty, my firstborn. 9/9/12 What is equally cool and eerie is that during this search of my lineage I learned my maternal Grandmother died on September 12, in 1989; I was 2 at the time. Who would have guessed her great-grandson would be born on that day years later as well as a stranger photographing her gravestone on that same date.

Many Thanks!
I just started an ancestry.com account in hopes to find my lineage and hence, find myself. I am turning 30 a week from today, thought now would be the perfect time to start this journey of self discovery. Anywhoo, in doing so I stumbled across a photo you took of my maternal grandparents headstone at the historic Elmwood cemetery in my native Detroit. I was surprised to see someone had done so. Thank you for immortalizing them in this way. I have had the honor of seeing it many times in person but seeing it online is something totally different. I now, hope to be of assistance to others who are also on the journey of finding themselves through finding out about their lineage. Again, many thanks Twist for all you do. Keep up the good work!

Emery Katona
researching the Katona family for my daughter-in-law who is Emery's cousin. There are two records for Emery's death- social security says he died December 15, 1996 and military and Michigan deaths says he died December 26, 1996- I've asked for a photo, perhaps the marker will have the full date. Can't understand how records can be so different!

First of all, thank you for all your work. I was so excited to find this grave for my great, great grandfather. What was most exciting is that it lists John Whelan and Eliza Kennedy as his parents!! I have been searching everywhere to find this information. Can you tell me where you found it?
