Born in Wichita, Kansas in 1952, the oldest of 3 boys to Elmo Gene and Phyllis Pauline Loffland Graduated from Wichita West High School in 1970. Married in 1971. Had four sons from this marriage, that lasted 30 years. Divorced in 2001 and married Jennifer Marie Bouse in 2002. Finished a 21 year career in the USAF, retiring as a Major, in 1993. Have a degreee in Electrical Engineering (1976), and a Masters Degree in Philosophy (1988), both from the University of Oklahoma. Specialize in radio and radar systems. Enjoy visiting graveyards and cemeteries as they represent permanent repositories of our histories. Retired from federal service in 2018. Moved to Colorado where my wife and I work for Wholefoods Market.
