"The departed live eternally for as long as we remember them."|

I am a Colorado native and I love visiting cemeteries especially old ones I love seeing all the monuments and statues. I see it as art really and I do cemetery photography also. Graves I mostly like to photograph are children who died during 18th and 19th century. Cemeteries I have photographed at are Fairmount, Hampden Memorial Gardens, Mt. Nebo Cemetery, and Denver Pet Cemetery and hope to visit Riverside. Most of the memorials I have added are those ones and also children that have died of child abuse or in accidents. They are children from my state and other states as well. I also love animals and I have made a few memorials for some especially my own dearest one.
Also I know what it's like to feel the unbearable pain when you lose someone you love and I have put up memorials on those I dearly love. I am glad to be part of Find A Grave. I like history and I think cemeteries are beautiful, peaceful places. Also by visiting cemeteries and taking photos of old graves and adding them here I may be helping others by finding their relatives that have lived before them. That is another reason why I like Find A Grave.

~I love him and he is mine~ Whiskers
We little knew that morning that
God was going to call your name.
In life we loved you dearly.
In death we do the same.
It broke our hearts to lose you.
You did not go alone,
for part of us went with you
the day God called you home.
You left us peaceful memories.
Your love is still our guide.
And though we cannot see you,
you are always at our side.
Our family chain is broken
and nothing seems the same,
but as God calls us one by one,
the Chain will link again.

Neville Eugene's mother Gladys Enid Morey Fitzmorris moved to California with her two children Gaylon and Joanna shortly after her husband's death in 1935. She remarried a man named Roy Leslie Erickson in 1938. Gladys died in Riverside, California in March 1996. I do not have a Find A Grave memorial for her.
Thanks for your help connecting Eugene to his family.

I was able to visit Fairmount cemetery yesterday.
The Eugene marker is on the grave they have recorded as Neville E. Block 84 section 156 lot 18.

I believe that the memorial for Neville E Fitzmorris has been taken down. Your entry for Eugene predated that one.
Could you please add his parents in the bio?
His father was Neville Fitzmorris memorial #56544060 at Fairmont Cemetery and his mother was Gladys Enid Morey. She moved to California and later remarried a man named Erickson. The cemetery record shows Neville E Fitzmorris'grave site as block 84 section 156 lot 18.
I hope to get down to Fairmont sometime this week.
Neville had been on my "what ever happened to" list until I found his veterans memorial several years ago. Never knew about the child Neville Eugene. They had a son Gaylon born in 1924 and daughter Joanna born in 1928.
Thanks for the photo of Eugene's marker.

I believe this is the same child as Neville E Fitzmorris memorial #119701509 entered in 2013. Fairmont cemetery only has a record card for Neville E (b 1922 d Aug 27 1924) and not for Eugene. Neville E is buried in block 84 section 156 lot 18. Your photo of the gravestone would suggest that he was known as Eugene to his family.
He would have been the son of my mother's cousin Neville J Fitzmorris memorial #56544060 at Fairmont and his wife Gladys.
I have sent a note also to the creator of the Nevile E memorial and maybe they can be combined.

Thank you very much for the transfer. Also, thank you for all the work you do to help folks like me find family.

And this will probably be the last time I go to this cemetery, King Memorial Park. Find-A-Grave is not allowed to take pictures of the departed unless the person who actually put the departed in the ground comes in person. The woman at the office made such a big deal about us trying to take a picture, she said she had to call their attorney!
We had about ten people and your little one was the only one I could get because I knew where the babies were in this huge cemetery.
You might what to complain to the cemetery. I have written to Find-A-Grave asking them to delete this cemetery. I have been doing this for three years and have never been so rudely treated.
