Bio and Links
Bio Photo Hi everyone!
We would like to say Thank You to the people that created Find A Grave for providing a wonderful place to store memorials. This site has provided us with information on some of our relatives so we decided to do our part to help others find theirs.
We would also like to thank all the volunteers that give so many hours of their valuable time to photographing and researching information for Find A Grave.
We heard once that if you haven't grown up by the age of 50, you don't have it! So we have decided not to grow up! We love living in and digging up the past. Do you remember as a kid playing in the attic of grandma & grandpa's house? We do. We still spend time in dusty attics, cemeteries, libraries, and courthouses researching family history. Genealogy researching has become a passion for us, along with our love for traveling.
K was raised in Nebraska. He is a retired Navy veteran with 23 years service. V was raised in Idaho. We both enjoy researching our family histories. We volunteer for several state archives creating indexes and organizing collections. We also index for Family Search. Our passion is to help others find their ancestors.
If you are trying to locate someone in your past or would like to get pictures of loved one's tombstones, please feel free to contact us. As we travel this great country of ours, we may be in the right place at the right time to help you.
We love chatting about genealogy and connecting people with their past.

God Bless You!
K & V

Hi K & V, Thank you for your concern on the burial. I'll look into it further, however, his death certificate states he is buried here. Not experience in this region and will use the link you sent me to see if I can glean any new details.

Fredell Graves
Thank you so very much for taking the time to photograph the Fredell graves. I am helping an older gentlemen type up his life story; he has made many references to his family. I was hoping he could include the photographs of the graves in his story.

Best to you and thanks again for being so helpful. We live in Santa Rosa, California.

Best regards,

Cindy Demoore

RE: re: Frances Hartman (Kossuth Cemetery)
Yes, it's very sad when they are lost due to aging like that.

Eber Golder Photo
Thank you for that stunning photo of Eber Golder's headstone. That stone was ordered in 1926 and it looks brand new. One of the best photos I have seen. He was a Sgt. in Company D, 21st Iowa infantry and enlisted with the rest of the boys from my area in Iowa. I'm doing some research on the boys of company D and sure appreciate the photo of that stone.
P.S also a Navy vet.

RE: Jane Miller #169157683
Thank-you s much for creating Janes' memorial. I did add the picture. By any chance are you close to the Dewey cemetery? I am in Oregon and my husband is from the Big Hole Valley. The Millers are his maternal grandparents. I was wondering because I cannot locate my husbands mother or stepfathers grave and they are buried there. The names are Billie Roberta Gilstrap and Jim/James Gilstrap. If you are close, maybe you could photograph them or make a memorial or I could? If you can help, thanks a bunch, if not thanks a bunch anyway for what you have done. Rose
