Broadus R Smith is the son of Annie Mae Butler Smith Hill and James Jones Smith. Not sure who linked Broadus R Smith as a husband of Annie Mae.

She is buried with her second husband Broadus J Hill in Graceland West Cemetery and Mausoleum in Greenville, S. C. I have sent an edit to the creator of the memorial in the past, but did not have a response and I have just sent another one. She died on 29 Jul 1967.

Would you please remove the grave marker photo for Carol Ostelle George that you have inadvertently posted to Homer George's memorial (#60575508). Carol has her own memorial. Thanks so much.

Maybe this is the one I'm looking for... he was born in 1844, Savilla in 1847, but... this shows he died in 1912 and Savilla says she's a widow in 1900. Did they separate or divorce, do you know? Sometimes if they did, they might call themselves single or widowed rather than the D word.

by chance, is your grandfather Thomas Jefferson Houston?
Did he have a son by the same name born around 1844 that married Savilla Yeck?
I ask because he's in the same cemetery that Savilla's son is in. The Thomas Jefferson I'm looking for is gone between 1880-1900. I found 1, but he was born too early to be the same. Pretty sure the one I'm looking for might have died in Morgan county, but he could still have been taken to the other cemetery where his family was.
??? Any ideas?

Thank you so much for taking the picture of this grave. I had visited the cemetery and was unable to find it, because the cemetery was so overgrown. Sincerely, Sharon Clontz Rowe
