I tried to posr the obituary you submitted, but the text limit does not permit anything that long.
Since you are probably related to Capt. Coward, I will be glad to transfer management of his memorial to you if you like. Just let me know.

Hello--thanks for your suggestions to link her to an earlier memorial for her husband Dr. Wm A. Noyes. # 92711302...I was unaware of it. It is so good to get this kind of linkage made.
Appreciate all your work here. Thanks

I am grateful for you transferring Rhodi's memorial to me. Thank you for your kind comments. i can only imagine his mother's grief at Rhodi's untimely death. I did not realize she was widowed, nor that she had 3 more children!
On the surface Rhodi was a funny guy with a likeable sense of humor. He had marvelous artistic ability. I went through elementary and junior high school with him as well as one year of high school. I will be sure and add his attributes as well as any other flattering anecdotal recollections mentioned by classmates at our 50th class reunion in August.
Again, thank you

FYI: You were the only one to correct memorials that are really located in Old Coward Cemetery, instead of Upper Coward, so I have notified everyone again using the edit tab. Two for you that I missed before, plus I notified on some that should have been in Lower Coward Cemetery. If they do not correct this time, I will not try again.

Thank you for updating the memorial and the transfer to me.

Yes, I worked from the listing in Cemeteries of Jackson County (done 1997) and notified all contributors for those memorials. From photos I saw you may have been there more recently, so if you have a more current list, I will be happy to notify any that I missed. I was foiled from visiting Old Coward by a locked gate and approaching thunder storm, but hope to try again this summer.

Hello David, Many thanks for sharing your photos. I am using you photo of Find A Grave memorial 133020126 Barbara Sanborn Rhodes. She is a twig on a branch of my line that goes back to the Reids from Scotland. She was 2nd wife of Logan Marvin Rhodes. So family line back is Rhodes, Furman, Miller, Gould, Currie, MacKinnon, Reid. I tend to collect many twigs, but hope my research on ancestry.com & Find A Grave can also assist other researchers. Bye Barb
