I welcome corrections, updates, links, and additional information on my memorials. Findagrave is a joy when people work together in the spirit of collaboration. If a fellow contributor takes the time and trouble to send links and updates, please accept them in good faith.
Thank you to everyone who has cheerfully added the information and links for which I've asked. Thanks to the photographers who go out in the cold and heat to get photographs of stones for us all. Findagrave couldn't exist without the 'boots on the ground' folks.
The lines I look for are Worsham and Moody on my mother's side, O'Quinn, Summers, Rentz and Kinard on my father's side.
I have added some grave photos. They aren't the best; please let me know if you have a better photo to post.
The Sanders Hi Anna, I think I have the two Sanders' straight now. James Wilson and James Willis have similar birth dates. James Willis h/o Maggie and father of all those children has no memorial or death records. I sent new edits to link the remaining children to Maggie only. Thanks! Karen
RE: Ebenezer Lutheran, Columbia, SC From 2006 - 2011 I lived in Columbia. I did indeed try to photograph each memorial there at the church. You're welcome to follow-up with any work that appeals to you. Best wishes...
RE: W Templeton photo That person, based on the obituary, seems to be the same as http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GSln=templeton&GSfn=J&GSbyrel=all&GSdy=1910&GSdyrel=in&GSst=43&GScnty=2342&GScntry=4&GSob=n&GRid=7489177&df=all&
The obituary with a byline of Jan 4, appearing in the paper on Jan 5, 1910, states that he was brought to Clinton to be buried "yesterday", which would be the 3rd.. Which would match with him passing away on the 1st. So, I think "W.O" and James O are the same person.
Looks like some work has been done righting tombstones at Rocky Springs as well since 2013, as the pictures from James O.'s page look like the tombstone was toppled then, it is standing now and appears to be in good condition. There is also a CSA cross there.
#118678246 Mary Burnie Marshall So sorry, the previous message is not totally correct. Sheriff John W. Walker had two wives named "Mary". Mary Burnie was the daughter of his first wife. Her mother was Mary Gill MILLS Walker. So the info on the death certificate is partially correct...just the spelling of the last name as Waller...should be WalKer. I have corrected the edit I sent. Thanks!!!
118678246 M Burnie Marshall I have submitted edits on her name and links to her parents. The info "re daughter of John Waller and Miss Mill" which appears on her death certificate is incorrect. Her parents were former Sheriff John W. Walker and Mary Gill. Her husband James Kinchen Marshall was a town marshal of Chester who was killed in the line of duty. Thanks!

J J Sharpe (127686302) You have an entry for my 2nd great grandfather that is already in Find-A-Grave (60226351). Can you please merger these? There appears to be two entries for Bull Swamp Cemetery, which might explain the duplication.
