Bio Photo Photo: Standing behind our family Patriot - Thomas Durfee, Esq. with my daughter and "cemetery buddy" Tara.

Findagrave is such a valuable tool and helped me while researching for my DAR application. I had no idea where my Patriot, Thomas Durfee was buried until someone posted a photo on findagrave. We just HAD to go visit the site for ourselves!

I am willing to do photo requests anywhere in Rhode Island.
I initially began taking photos of ancestors, but have enjoyed adding others as well to this website.

Whitford-Tarbox Lot
Hi Julie,
Can you give me geo coordinates or directions to get to the Whitford-Tarbox Lot in West Greenwich, RI; I see you added a photo of Pasco Whitford's crude marker. I visited that cemetery 30 years ago with Ed Whitford, but have no clue how to get there today. Thanks very much.

Thank you
Even finding that there is NO stone is really helpful and I appreciate your time and effort in searching for Benjamin Clark Simmons's tombstone.

RE: Thwing photo
Hi, Thanks so much for your permission of your photo use. I will add your name when I use any of them. If we ever get to the Boston area, I would really like to visit this cemetery. Just think of the history. Thanks again Jo

North Burial Cemetery
Thank you for the photo of the Legg monument. Also, thank you for the message regarding the condition of the Thurston monument. I made a notation of same on their memorials to assist other researchers.

RE: Infant Andrew # 84415472
It could be a typo, I didn't look that closely at it to realize the day/month matched.

I am sorry to hear Superkentman is fallen. Yes, I would be interested in transfers as I am related to the Andrews family through my paternal grandmother.

Again, thank you for your assistance. I am doing some other checks on my ancestry and have requested additional photos in Maple Root Cemetery.

Thank you,
Bryan

Infant Andrew #84415450
Thank you for this photo. It adds something to have a visual of a ancestral relations resting place.
