Hello, My name is Rose Ann and I feel obligated to share pictures and eventually Memorials of past family members because my Grandmother, Laura Mae Barham/Clanton, left me pictures and newspaper articles. Families of interest to me are the Barham's and CLanton's. I also found the 'Magness' family of Arkansas a good study. It would be a shame to let the things my Granny left behind go to waste. I sure love the fact that I found FAG and have a place to place folks who are loved and not forgotten. I wish everyone kept a journal or diary for the family members that really are interested in their ancestors.|
I was born and raised in and around Riverside, California and live in Utah now for the past 30-plus years. My family history is based on my own personal interest, I don't attend the Mormon church. I have 3 son's and 7 Grandchildren. I live in a retirement community and enjoy life with my two pets. I have a Brother in the SLC Utah area, one in Apple Valley, California, and a Sister in Mesa Arizona.
Peace and Love to All, Rose

It would take a while to explain how Gove B. Clanton is related to the Clanton's of Tombstone, Arizona, so I will give you a very simple explanation.
All Clanton's in the United States are all related because they are all descended from John Clanton who came from England in 1635 aboard the ship "Abraham" and settled in the Virginia Colony.
I have never learned Gova's middle name. I wish I knew what it was.
Concerning the Clanton's of Tombstone, Arizona, you would be surprised if you knew the truth about the gunfight at the O.K. Corral. It was no gun fight, it was cold blooded murder.

You are certainly welcome. Believe me, I feel terrible when I see graves of people who have been forgotten,
