Hi, I am Rebecca Chadick. I live in Shamrock, Texas. I would love to help anyone out looking for gravestones. When I go, I call it "Haunting", but it's really more of a "Blessing".|
My grandmother used to "drag" me to cemeteries when I was a child (about 6 years old) to clean up around the family stones and to place flowers. I was always afraid of stepping on the graves, afraid I would be grabbed. Even now I am careful of where I step, not out of fear, but out of respect.
I truly love walking through cemeteries reading the stones, wondering about the people at rest, enjoying the quiet serenity and yes...shedding tears at the babies stones. Sometimes I take along silk flowers to place on the older baby graves, since there is usually no one left to do so.
I will gladly add BIO. Just let me know!

Hi! Thanks for adding photos of a line I have picked up working on since my mother passed away.
|wanda jewell||Dona M. Simmons|
Dona Mae was married to William Langdon Viles. They were my mother's parents. He died in 1933. She married Mr. Simmons and is buried with that name. Thank you for posting a photo of her grave stone. I really appreciate it.
My mother and father are in the same cemetery. I posted a photo of their gravestone. Gladys Jane and Leo Dennis O'Gorman. FYI.

|James Poole||Herbert Sparkman transfer|
Thank you so much for this transfer. Herbert Lee was a toddler, when he became ill and passed away shortly after. About one week before he became ill, his mother took him to have a photo made. Then, about 3 weeks after his death the photo was back and ready to be picked up. My moms family was always so Thankful for this picture of their baby brother.
Again, Thank you. God Bless, Mrs. Poole
Thank you very much for the transfer of my cousin. Samantha
