Bio Photo My interest in genealogy began about seven years ago when I was exploring my father's side of the family. Many of my searches would never have come to fruition if not for the kindness of total strangers at this wonderful website. There's a funny sort of bond between those of us looking for our ancestors, and I love being part of it. I'm just now beginning to take photo inventory of a small church graveyard near my home, and hope this will lead to bigger endeavors in which I can pay forward the help I have received at Find-A-Grave.

RE: Fantastic!!
Hello Jamie ,
I am glad you found your family and I am glad I was able to help in some small way. Walking cemeteries and taking photographs and creating memorials helps to preserve our family's history for ours and future generations. Good luck on your searches and God bless.

RE: Thank you!
I'm glad I could help. I have done alot of work in Green Hill, including documenting the location of each headstone in there, as well as created a new map and a large wooden sign as you enter the graveyard for all to see and identify the location of everyone they are looking for.
Clifford Bailey, unfortunately, is one of about 3 people in there with just a name plate and never got a stone. Considering he died in 1963, his name plate is in great shape.

If I can help in any other way, I will be glad to do so.

Greg

RE: Thank you so very much
You are so welcome. I would do it a million more times to help out. I've also benefited genealogically and on a personal level from the kindness of strangers on this site and it's gratifying to be able to give back in the same way. Take care.
