Hello - I'm looking for information on Oscar Hotchkiss and Family. His Daughter Abbie married Floyd Brewer and I'm trying to fill in all that information. Do you have photos of others in this family? Full names? Birth places/dates/parents?

I agree that our ancestors are probably sitting up in heaven laughing about all they are putting us through.

Dennis, I took a photo of this tombstone today. I noticed you had a photo request for this tombstone, but I added my photo to the memorial which was created in 2009. The one you requested was a duplicate memorial and I have sent a notice to the originator of the memorial so that they can remove the duplication. If you look at memorial #38542394 in the same cemetery, you will see the photo you requested, or I would be happy to email the photo to you. Let me know. I took photos of the entire cemetery.

My husband's Burditt family comes from Wood CO Ohio. My husband passed away June 10,2013 and he had been research the Burditt family. Last summer I went to Ohio in search of his family. At the Tuscarawas CO Historical Society I found Leona's name along with two others that were researching the Burditt family, Virginia Nygaard, now deceased and Thelma Schenider. I am sorry to hear that Leona has also passed away. Do you happen to know what happened to her research on the Burditt family.
My husband's name was Richard Ashmun and my name is Rosalind.
Any help in locating her research would be greatly appreciated. Rosalind

Nice to meet you, cousin! I am descended through Samuel's son, Samuel (b.1683), and his son James (b. 1728), ahd his daughter Sarah (b. 1759) who married the first member of the Bail Family to come to America -- Hendrick Coonrod Bail.
I am always delighted to find new gravesite information on FindaGrave.

Sorry about that I was trying to fill a lot of requests.
I do not have her interred in section 3
The monument for Mariah Buroker was in section 6 and this section had been vandalized and the monument is in the holding mausoleum.

I'm glad you replied! You know, I didn't put it in my notes and I'm seeing so much everyday; I'm not sure. It was either from a Long Tree forum or from
a grave finding site. Wait! It's the person that is taking the headstone pictures. I remember it saying that Honor's grave was behind I think Daniel's back two rows. That it was unmarked. I'll try to find it. I am having a hard time confirming relations. Have I matched the right Daniel to daughter Nancy m. Long Lewis Holcomb? I am building a tree on geni.com. Carilse school was founded by Carisle Pratt. Have you studied that school? Aren't these Longs native american? Oh, please tell me that I'm not just digging in the wrong direction! I also seen an article when googling that the Long tree is the largest family tree in the world. Wish that you could help me confirm Nancy's first hushbands family. Hope to hear from you, again! Mary Lewis

Daniel Long is my g,g,grandfather as well! I am researching the Carisle school. Trying to see if there is a connection between the school and Honor Pratt. I seen that her grave marker names her as "Otter". ?. Loved seeing the photo as Daniel!
