for your kind words. much appreciated. hope it can help others in future!
found James' wife Nancy O'Dell and two of their children. James is with one in Riverview and Nancy is with another in Moultrie cemetery...source death certificates.
I rechecked his death certificate which indicates burial in Riverview Cemetery, Belmont, Ohio. Have contacted the contributor for duplicate in West Liberty cemetery, Wheeling WV. Did you happen to notice the contributor made several Behanna duplicates so hope they will be deleted. I went by his DC and there isn't any duplicate for him elsewhere. here is link to DC https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.3.1/TH-1942-21239-99540-24?cc=1307272 Thanks.

I am trying to location the Spletzers who came from Germany (Prussia) to Ohio in 1885. Some later went to Chicago.
Christoph and Susanne and about 6 children. They listed Stryker in Williams County, Ohio as their destination.
I see there is a grave in that county.
|Linda Snyder||George Snyder death date|
First of all, thank you so much for all your hard work on the genealogy of the Snyder Family. I hope you do see my message as this is my first entry in this website. My husband, Steve Snyder, had always been told by his Dad that our Snyder line is related to John & David L. Snyder, who donated the land to Springfield that became Snyder Park. Steve's cousin has been doing research on Ancestry.com and now has the connection made. John & David Snyder's father, Henry Snyder, Sr. is a brother to Christian Snyder, b. 10-27-1768, d. 9-20-1839 of our lineage. She has been working on the family tree in Ancestry since last Sept. and has the two Snyder brothers now linked up in the tree. Steve & I live in Urbana, OH, just north of Springfield, but grew up in Springfield and the county. But because I was always interested in the Snyder Park Snyder line, I had researched obits and stories from the Springfield Library many years ago and had printed a copy of the obit from George Snyder, s/o Christian Snyder, brother to John & David Snyder. I noticed that in Ancestry.com as well as in the Find A Gave entry, that his death date is listed as Apr. 6, 1942. But if you look at the picture of the headstone on his Find A Grave webpage, it clearly shows Oct. 6, 1942 as well as the date I had written on his newspaper obituary. I just thought you might like to check this out as I don't know where you got the April 6, 1942 death information. Thank you once again for all the valuable research you have put out there on the internet. I had been to Ferncliff Cemetery a number of times and walked through the quite large Snyder plot there. The family headstone is quite impressive to say the least. :)
|Mark Goudy||Jabez Joshua Ames|
Do you have any reason for not believing that Jabez Joshua Ames and Elizabeth Smith are not the parents of Hannah Ames who married Jacob Degarmo?
|MyRootz||RE: Magdalena (Snyder) Williams|
Would be interested in why you
believe their surname is Snyder
and not Smyser.
I notice you have a lot of memorials
at Ferncliff Cemetery in Ohio, is
anyone in your family related to the
Getz family who are interred at Ferncliff?
If you wish, you may reach me at:
