The name of the church is Blythe Creek Baptist Church and the phone number for the church pastor is 662-263-4886. He should be able to help you find out..............God Bless, Pam
|Sherry D Chilton||Posting of photos on ancestry from Find A Grave|
Hope all is well.
As noted on my profile here and on ancestry.com, my personal email address is firstname.lastname@example.org. Requests to post my photographs on public family trees or other sites like ancestry should be sent to that email address. When they exist through the ancestry databases in partnership with findagrave or arkansas gravestones, the credit and sourcing automatically follow the image. When they are copied to a hard drive and reuploaded, the history of the image as well as source and ownership of the photo is detached except for that embedded within the photo and known by the owner and holder of the original. It has no value to future researchers who are seeking to know where that particular photograph or their ancestor came from -- that history has been destroyed.
I have not yet reported to ancestry.com administration any violations on the Fortenberry photos. Ancestry will remove them, however, upon request of the image owner, as posting photographs to that site which are not the property of the individual posting the photo is in violation of their terms of service as well as federal copyright law.
I almost always grant permission to use any of my photographs with credit and sourcing. If there are photos there that I have posted here and they do not have such a credit, then yes it would be my impression that they have been taken and reposted without written permission or consent.
Hope that helps. Blessings.
"Sherry just a quick question about the photo of Jacob and Nancy Fortenberry that you posted.Have you complained about those of us that reposted this picture to our ancestry family file for Jacob and Nancy?"

I have linked the mother/daughter as you requested. AFAIK you need to manage at least one of the memorials in order to link relatives.

FYI: I replaced the Crumpler headstone photos with better photos than what i had taken before. It was a nice and sunny day, so I got better photos. You may use them any way you please with or without credit. Tina

Your welcome. You can add the following plot info to the memorial if you'd like.

I should know who you are but it isn't ringing a bell. I am Buddy and Donnell ware's youngest daughter, Maggy Gillis Ware's granddaughter.
|Kim Poyner Woodhouse||Resthaven Cemetery Photo Request|
You made a photo request on Find A Grave in Resthaven Cemetery in Oklahoma City. This cemetery is ENORMOUS, so to get a photo a plot location is needed. Please contact the funeral home: email@example.com
The funeral home charges non-family members (office walk-ins like me) to do plot location lookups. When you have the plot number, add it in the PLOT box (if you own the memorial). If you don't own the memorial, send me an email with the information.

You are welcome, Connie. Mr Seay has a great epitaph. Jim

Hello Connie, Thank you very much for the two pictures. We have been offline for several months. Yesterday we went back online and saw the pictures. If we find out any information about Granny Webb we will let you know. Gary and Nancy Clampitt
