Don't cha hate it when a graver tells you what they will or will not do with their records? Or that you have to pass some 'relationship' test for a transfer? Not me............

I will be happy to transfer Ownership rights of any entry I've made- I don't care what your relationship or reason. I'm not related to any of my entries except a very few. My effort is documentation and finding the lost among the stones.

It might be helpful to others to cite the source of requested updates; But even that omission won't stop the update.
--------------------
How to Request a TRANSFER
*Note: You must be logged in for this procedure to work:

1. Click on the "EDIT TAB" top right of the entry

2. Click "SUGGEST A CORRECTION...."

3. Type the word "TRANSFER"

4. Send.

That gives me ALL the information I need to make the transfer.

Living in Northern Chester County, Pennsylvania,
"I See Dead People."

I haunt cemeteries for tombstone photos and follow up with obituaries if available at the Chester County Historical Society. Or Vice-Versa, I get the obit then find tombstone.

Let me know where I can help in Chester County, Pennsylvania

RE: Still
Thank you so much. I noticed your name on quite a few of the family members I am documenting. Are you related? Or simply local?

Thanks again.

RE: Herbert Berstler
Dan,
The source is the Application For WWII Compensation. I am trying to attach it, with no luck. I found it on Ancestry.com about six months ago. There are two Find A Graves for Uncle Herb. Yours is correct. The one shown in Somerset County, PA does not have as much detail, plus it is the wrong county!

Yes, I am related to Herb Berstler. Herb was a brother of my Great Grandmother Phoebe Louisa (Berstler) Moore. Phoebe had a daughter Anna Mary (my Grandmother) who married Morris E. Stevens.

So, this makes us related!!! I can't wait to tell Linda...

RE: William Sheeler
Dan,
We have added info to William's memorial from the articles you sent. However, we only copy and paste bios onto memorials if they are much older. Thank you

Henry Pletcher in St. Joseph Cemetery
Dan,

Great perseverance in figuring this out! As I didn't create this entry or request it to be given to me to manage, I am not sure where the bio came from. My guess is that Henry lived in Montgomery county when he first came to this country and only after obtaining citizenship moved to Chester county. I reworded the bio to reflect that until I find any indication otherwise or whoever wrote the bio contacts me. It is entirely possible that two Henry Pletchers have been confused, there are a lot of Henry Pletchers in my family, but I don't believe I am related to this one. Added the obituary information you found. Thanks for seeing this through!

Lizziemac R. Scofield
Dan,

How nice of you to post Lizziemac's grave photo. She and her husband, Edson M. Scofield lived in Los Angeles CA at the time of the 1930 Census. However, I did not find a death record for either of them in the Pennsylvania death records, California Death Index, nor Social Security Death Index. So I don't know where they died.

I am a descendant of one of Lizziemac's aunts. I was lucky to find her memorial which another contributor posted, but I have not yet established contact with any living cousins in her side of the family.

Thanks, T
