No rush on the copy of the Pitt gravestone to help me find Edmund's. I wondered what would happen to the church cemetery now that the church is closed. Nice to know that the cemetery is protected and the graves cannot be moved. Your information is perfect for me to find his grave the next time I am in Pennsylvania. Most grateful = Carolyn

Thank you so much Joz for your reply on the same day! Your description on how to find his grave is just what I needed. I am confident I can now find him my next trip to PA. I usually go in the spring also when a family wedding or occasion. A 9 1/2 hour drive for me. It might be that the stone has weathered so much that I cannot read what is there now so I am grateful for your photograph. My email is cmk1932@yahoo.com for you to send a copy of the Pitt gravestone. I thank you for your kind offer to meet us if we need help. I am in awe of your dedication to Find A Grave. You help so many of us. I am most grateful - Carolyn

Transfer & thank you
Hello again,
Thank you for your generosity in transferring:
Catherine C. "Kate" App Kreiss # 131581346
to my care. I have successfully connected her with her father, two of her four siblings, her husband and soon I hope to her five children. As I receive more information, I will be adding it to Our shared memorial.
With sincerest appreciation,
Marcia

Hi Roz - I was in the cemetery yesterday looking for Edmund's gravestone and was not able to find the location of it. I wanted to read and take notes of all that was written on the stone. Was your photograph taken recently? Did you by any chance record all that could be read on the stone? I am back in Michigan and will not be making another trip for a year. Any help you can give me will be appreciated. Because of his grave number I thought it might be closer to the church. Do you know of any index that might show the location in the graveyard.
Most Sincerely - Carolyn Krueger

RE: Raymond jack Lyons
Thanks, Joz. I will put a note on my memorial, referring to Old Swedes. Think his remains could have been moved? That happened to Lou's Uncle Barney (Medal of Honor winner from the Civil War).

Best wishes,
Pat

Thank you very much for transferring my parents' listings to me and also for having put their info on findagrave in the first place. It's a real kindness. Thank you.
