Bio and Links
Bio Photo I discovered findagrave.com a few years ago while I was working on my family tree. I am fascinated by history and family ties, so I have stuck here and became a volunteer.

I live in Kalamazoo, MI and photograph at Riverside and Mountain Home Cemeteries.

At times I have gotten very interested in the family histories that have come through in photo requests. Find it fun to go to the library and help them find out more about there family's past.

It's all good,
Max

I deleted the Riverside John Wilson Memorial
Deleted - Find A Grave Memorial# 159834381

The obit and death certificate must be wrong if the man's whole family and his headstone are at Mountain Home.

Thank you for your input.

I am not related to 99.9% of the Handy obits I post including this Handy. I am posting any obit I find with a Handy surname anywhere in the obit (in Michigan and parts of NY) on Findagrave in an effort to find Abigail Handy's parents who were from Orleans NY and she moved to Muskegon Michigan. I found all her family (from her on-down (her children and siblings and all their children to 2016...but I cannot find her parents. It can't hurt to help other Handy familes by posting Handy obits...sooner or later the dots may fill in for Adeline.

Mountain Home VS Riverside
If you are positive the guy is buried at Mountain Home and not Riverside as his obit and death certificate state....I will delete the Riverside memorial.

Is it your recommendation than that I delete the Riverside memorial because they photo you took came from Mountain Home? YES or NO.

Whatever you say, I will do as you took the photo and only you know which cemetery the photo was taken in.

Mountain Home VS Riverside
See the 2 memorials below. I created the 1st one based on his obit and death certificate stating he was buried in RIVERSIDE>

John Wilson is a VERY common name. It could be the John Wilson in the 2nd memorial buried at Moutain Home is a different John WIlson. Whoever it is is relying on others to give information (DOD etc and it could be that person gave her June 1917 because he/she got the John Wilson's mixed up.

Please confirm you physically took the headstone photo for the 2nd mememorial below at MOUNTAIN HOME and not RIVERSIDE....because if so, the death certiifcate and obit are WRONG.

Did you physically take John Wilson's headstone photo or did you copy/paste it?

The reason I ask is because John Wilson's obituary and his death certificate have him buried in in another cemetery.

SO it is important to know whether you PHYSICALLY SAW John WIlson's headstone in this Mountain Home Cemetery. If you did not physically see the headstone, then this headstone belongs in another cemetery and the John Wilson buried in this cemetery is a different John Wilson.

If you PHYSICALLY TOOK the headstone photograph then this guys obituary AND death certificate lists the wrong cemetery which is very strange

Marina A (Van Der Maas) Thoma
Hello! Are you still an active Find A Grave volunteer? If so, could you add your marker pic for William E Thoma (Find A Grave Memorial# 25877699) to his wife Marina's memorial? (Find A Grave Memorial# 145623185) It's a dual named marker, as you know.
Thank you!

Daisy and John Ebmeyer
Thanks for the transfer so I could link Daisy and John. I think I will scan and post Daisy's death record because it gives her full date of birth and death and the names of her parents. The death cert has John J. not T. and I couldn't read ther photo you took of John's tombstone. Thanks so much. Lora

RE: Greenwood Cemetery
Hello
Just wondering if you had time available to take those photos of the Anton family in the Greenwood Cemetery, Sandusky? If you do find the time I have the locations of the graves. Thank you for your time
