|Deborah Mackey||Jesse Clifford McGreger|
Thank you for all your suggestions but especially for the one for J. Clifford McGreger? I only found a piece of the stone when my brother, dad and I were plotting the cemetery. I'd been working on it long distance and trying to get everyone into the correct plot during short visits home. On that day in 2013, we found part of what appeared to be a handmade stone. We tried tracing the letters, cleaning them gently and we couldn't get much info. As you may or may not know, my brother Rick Mackey died last June and is buried in the cemetery (along with my sister, younger brother, etc.). I noticed at that time that Clifford's (as we thought of him)stone was breaking up even more. I asked my dad to take it up and see about fixing it some way so that the lawn guy wouldn't keep going over it. To our surprise, it is much more that a piece of a headstone. My dad has spent the last 2 weeks uncovering what you saw. He also glued/screwed part of the stone together and tried to darken the name enough that someone might recognize and remember this person. He wants to put a little fence or something around it so it doesn't get buried under all the dirt and grass again. If you have any more information about Jesse Clifford McGreger (sp?) please let me know. Since the cemetery gives away plots, there are many people buried there that don't have anyone to remember them. This is the most distressing thing for me and I'd like to make sure everyone is remembered in some way.
After spending 2 years working on the cememtery and then losing Rick, I just haven't felt up to updating this info. However, having the name Jesse has given me a boost and I'm happy to get back to work on it.

I cannot remove any of the photos. Only the person that added the photos can remove them I hate that about findagrave.
please add your photo of him to his wife's or son's memorial for now and under Caption on your photo put his name and all the info you have to share about him.
I tried to contact the person that added all the photos and it says Record Not Available.

Once I found these burials I requested management transfer because there were so many updates to each memorial. Not that they have been found do you want me to transfer management to you?
|Traci||Barbara Brunett - St. Anne Cemetery|
Regarding the photo request you have for Ahker Brunett in St. Anne Cemetery. I made the listing off of a cemetery survey and entered as written. I do have a very poor picture of a stone that I believe would belong to Barbara Brunete, but I'm not sure. I think the dates are 1822-1923. Do you think this is your Barbara? If so, I can post the picture I have and promise to go back out and take a better one in the spring. Let me know what you think. ~Traci

|EmLynn Thompson||photo request Mary Kenealy|
It looks like Mary (memorial# 107783190) is buried in Calvary Cemetery, Louisville, Ky - Jefferson County. I looked up her death certificate after the cemetery had no records of any Kenealy's here and she died in Louisville, not Lexington. Her parents are also buried in Louisville. I'd try calling that cemetery to be sure.
