Bio and Links
Bio Photo Born and lived in Utah for about 28 years.
Moved to Michigan for about 2 years then to Florida and Georgia where my Husband finished up Law School.
Now I have been in Virginia about 8 years. I have been in all but 4 states. I love to travel and see new and interesting things.
I am very interested in doing genealogy and finding out about the people not just finding names. It is wonderful when we can link families together. This is a great way to help find people that you can't find any way else.

If we have more info at some point I'm glad to go looking again. I hated to disappoint you. Genealogy can be confusing..it often is to me. Val

Elaine...Ch Hill Memory Gardens does not list Robert. In Fact they did not start burials until the 60's.
I went by Highland Cem in Rogersville, where Find A Grave also has him listed, but it is so big, I really need a location. I am out of town and will be driving by there again (it is a 60 mi round trip for me if I go just for that and I ordinarily do not photograph there) Sat afternoon. If you can find a location, there was no number on Find A Grave or on the cemetery sign, and it's proximity, I will have another go at it. The Cemetery is laid out in Gardens and sections...at least if I knew that it would be workable. You can leave me a message on my "claim" site. I will check it before I start home. Val

Find a Grave Photo Requests
As part of my Eagle Scout Project I am fulfilling photo requests around Northern Virginia. I would like to fulfill your photo request for the person you listed for National Memorial Park, but I've already asked them to look up the locations of many people there. If you would be willing to call the cemetery (703-560-4400) and ask for the plot information on your request and relay that information to me today, Wednesday, or Thursday, we will go fulfill your request this Friday.

Thanks,
Joel Galloway

Irving Scott 53508003
Frances is attached to the correct Irving. Irving II (53508003) was originally known as Irving Jr, named after his father Irving (53981877). He was called Irving Jr when his daughter Eleanor was born

Harlem Valley Times, May 10, 1934:
Mr. and Mrs. Irving Scott, Jr.. of Millbrook are the parents of a daughter, Elinor Vivian, born at Vassar Hospital April 7. Mrs. Scott was formerly Frances Taylor of Stanfordville, and she and the baby have been staying at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lucian Taylor of Stanfordville, for a few days before
returning to their home In Millbrook.

At some point, he had a son, Irving (who would have been the 3rd). After his father Irving Sr died, Irving II became Irving Sr and his son became Jr.

I used the II designation because there was an Irving I and an Irving III.
