Bio and Links
Bio Photo I applaud everyone for their additions to Find A Grave. I have found a lot of burials on this site for family members.

Please do not hesitate to leave me a message if you have something NICE to say about anyone. If you want to be unkind, please do not leave a message. I will delete it.
(quote above copied from DaveV)

The memorials I have added have been made to assist those who do genealogy. They are not intended to hurt or upset anyone. If one has been posted that you prefer does not appear, just kindly contact me and it will be removed immediately upon request. (love this quote from T M & M L)

Please feel free to use any photographs I have taken.

As of January 1, 2016, I will no longer transfer memorials. I will be glad to make additions or changes via the edit tab.

If you find a memorial has been added but has incomplete or incorrect information, instead of creating a duplicate memorial use the tools provided to submit corrections, additions or a transfer request via the "Suggest A Correction" link under the 'Edit' tab on the upper right of the memorial. Never deliberately create a duplicate memorial. In regard to duplicates, a memorial with a correct known burial location will always be preferred over an unknown burial location. (HOWEVER) A member has thirty days to update the memorial to the correct burial location on recent deaths. If a case of duplicate memorials falls to the Administration, the Administration will have the final word on which memorial is deleted and which data will be retained in the remaining memorial page.

I am not always on FAG. I WORK FULL TIME! If you send me a correction via EMAIL, I may not get to it right away. I have 30 days to make the necessary corrections. Every nasty email I receive from here on out, will be referred to FAG to handle! You know who you are!

Fred Dannelly
I was surprised to see a memorial for Fred Dannelly in the Calvary UMC Cemetery in Cope, SC. Thank you. Where is his grave marker in relation to the church? Near the woods or in the middle? I didn't see it when I stopped by in January 2015, but I did find Robert Dannelly's marker, which is not far from the front door. It just occurred to me until now that I hadn't posted his or the other few I took. I'll return one day to photograph others. By the way, I see the address is Cope, but it seems to really be in Cordova, because that's the route I take.

I was adding memorials in the Fairfield Memorial Cemetery and these three memorials, Barney L, Talbert, James E. Talbert and Mattie M. Talbert are in the Oakwood Cemetery. This is the town cemetery that has been filled in Winnsboro and the Fairfield Memorial is the new cemetery for the town and is just out of town.

Forgot to mention that our William Dickens father died in 1916 and his name was John K. Dickens. On his death certificate William is listed as the informant. His father and mother Lucitta K. Tucker Dickens are buried in Mount Hebron Church Cemetery, Centerville, Franklin County, NC.

Thanks Sarah. My line runs through Martha "Pattie" Shearin's brother James D. Shearin.

I do have another issue with one thing. On William Austin Dickens the William Dickens you have attached I don't believe he is the right William Dickens. Your William Dickens shows up in the 1930 Census still being with Lanie C. Walker. I'm still looking for his death record but he doesn't appear in the 1940 Census. Instead you find Lonnie C. Dickens as widowed with sons Albert K., Jarrett E., and grandson John L. Braswell. So if this is correct then William A. Dickens died between 1930-1940. I'll keep digging. Other thing is that on William's 1902 marriage record to Lanie Walker lists his father as J.H. Dickens and mother as Luciffa. Also his 1890 Marriage to Lucy Griffin lists his father as J.K. Dickens. This being the case he is listed in the 1870 and 1880 Census in Nash County, NC. The William Dickens you have attached is the son of Ephraim Dickens and not J.H. Dickens.

I'm still researching to find out where our William Dickens died and is buried. I just don't want our relatives tied to the wrong family.
