Deceased Name: William Starnes
PERRY - Services for William Harold Starnes, 81, will be 4 p.m. Wednesday in Clinton United Methodist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 this evening at Blizzard Funeral Home, Wagener.
Mr. Starnes died Saturday, March 3, 2001. Born in Aiken Co., he was a son of the late Julian and Docia Williams Starnes. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II and a member of Perry Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Juanita Cox Starnes; son, Bill Starnes of Salley; daughter, Myra Vereen of Myrtle Beach; three grandchildren; brothers, J.B. Starnes of Niagara Fall, N.Y., Junnie Starnes of Wagener; sisters, Evelyn Collum of Wagener, Marlene Hill of Peekskill, N.Y.

Elizabeth Courtney Walker Cooper, born June 22, 1836 died Oct. 10, 1918. Daughter of Robert Walker and Elizabeth Courtney.
