What?! Wlm. Jr murdered his 2nd wife?! Wow. That one is new to me. Where can I read about that?

RE: Wlm. Baxter
The story about Andrew Baxter being murdered. Do you know the story about his young daughter, Carolina being murdered, along with Andrew's brother Wlm. Baxter Jr. and Andrew's son James Baxter being murdered also? So much tragedy for one family.

Arthur Patterson #141771876
I was wondering if you are related? I came across Arthur while searching for the parents of Elizabeth S Patterson, who was married to William O Moore 1799 in Lincoln County, NC. Though Arthur is too old, perhaps you have info on some of his other children? Any help would be appreciated.

RE: Edward Smith
Edward Smith, George Gray, (possibly) Samuel Berry/Barry/Borry/Borrey, (possibly) Thomas King.

Do you need birth/death dates?

Thanks!

RE: Edward Smith
Thanks, Vonnie. All of my family are from the Cumberland Gap area and I've traced a few ancestors to that battle and/or skirmishes leading up to it. I would be most interested in fact-checking what I have against your research. Is that a possibility?

Edward Smith
Hi Vonnie, thanks for this memorial to one of my GG's, Edward Smith. I see that you have his place of burial as Alabama, athough he died in KY. Was he moved there, or is this a memorial of sorts?
Thanks,
