In Barnwell & Bamberg counties, I'm researching Reed, Beard, Odom, and Cook.
In Lexington and Orangeburg counties, I'm researching Strickland, Cupstid, Livingston, and Gantt.
In Fairfield, upper Richland, and Chester counties, I'm researching Duke, Harrison, Walker, Lomas, Rives, Isbell, Douglass, Kirkland, Burge, Jones, and McDonald.
In Florence and Darlington counties, I'm researching McLeod, Jones, Anderson, and Holloman.

No, I'm not related. I was doing research for a friend. Some years ago he bought some civil war medals and he wanted to find the grave of the soldier and take pictures to go with the medals. If you would like, I can take some pictures to add to your memorial. He also would like to know if you have a picture of Francis Duke.

I'm looking for the grave of Francais M.L. Duke, a Civil War soldier who received the U.D.C Cross. He enlisted from Columbia,SC on Jan. 1, 1864 and served with Co.G 1st S.C.Infantry. I found your memorial for Francis Marion Lafayette Duke and am hopeful this may be the same person. Does the grave have any military markers. Do you know any military history on this person?

Wanted to say thanks for posting Thomas Woodward
# 26882838 this is my husbands great Grandad not sure what # 6 OR 7 some where in there we were in S. Carolina in Oct. 2007 and again in Oct.2011
we placed flowers and a Flag it was a very
special visit for my husband.
I hope you dont mind me adding my picture I took that day.
Are you related to the Woodward family ? I am new to F.A.G. and am enjoying it alot.
I know the generations are way past what the guide lines show for a transfer but if you wouldnt mind I would love to manage this site I have alot of information on Grandad Thomas Woodward Memioral # 26882833.
If this is to much trouble thats okay and thank you for documenting the old Cemeterys we have traveled from Texas twice to visit this Cemetery.
