Yes, I am related to the Peter Kiefer (spelling varies but in Alsace it was Kieffer) #89252762
who died 1 Nov 1860 in Harris Township, St. Joseph County, Indiana, United States and buried in Salem Cemetery in Granger, IN. I have made your suggested corrections for the Phillips. I also added the photo for Walter, which I had originally neglected to do. I did not find a memorial for LeBlanc at Westminster and would be hestitant to add the photo to such a memorial since his name does not appear on crypt photo.
