In recently accepting management through sponsorship of the 58,986 memorials created by my friend, Marjorie, I intend to honor her memory. A loving, dedicated person, she made significant contributions to Find A Grave through all the records she and her husband collected over the years. She is remembered well by all of her Find A Grave family. |

Please know that I am only transferring memorials per Find A Grave guidelines:
"Transfer requests should be for direct relatives within four generations. This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren."
Please use the "EDIT" tab on any memorial page. I try to be very prompt and am happy to work with you on multiple memorials and information. Thanks for your understanding.

I was so grateful when a kind person photographed my infant sister's gravestone! Find A Grave is all about helping others and honoring those who gone before us.
Grant County, MN memorials are my interest (Grant County total count = 10,026 as of 8-13-2014) as well as the county to the north - Otter Tail County. I also wish to honor our veterans.
God bless you all.

It looks great! My interest in this family started with Catherine's daughter, Anna. I bought a picture of Anna and her husband, for $1, at an antique store in Stillwater, MN. On the back was written: John Wilson and Anna McElgunn. It has been fun researching them and I am going to donate all this information to the Olmsted County History Center, in case anyone contacts them for information on this family. Thank you so much!

No I don't, but I'll put her on my "search" list.

Hello, I just left a correction for you that is wrong. Catherine's father was John McGrath. I think I asked that you put that she was married to John McGrath. I'm sorry for the error! Catherine's memorial number is #57774863. Thank you!

Thank you for the quick response and everything you are doing to preserve the memory of those that have gone before.
Hopefully, the final resting place will be located soon as Find A Grave rules and regs are as follows:
"Location of body unknown must be used for recent deaths where the disposition is not currently known. Final disposition must be determined and updated within 30 days."
Take care and thanks again.
Thank you I removed mine

I just found the funeral flyer in the back of this old scrapbook.
It says that Warren was born Oct. 31, 1901 and died
December 25, 1964.
Services Methodist Church, Henning, Monday December 28, 1964.
Think this clarifies the date.

Uncle Clyde was my first cousin's Dad. I am doing the family tree for him as he doesn't do much on the computer. I have additional info and links I can input. Would you be able to transfer Clyde's memorial to me? I already manage his wife Betty's memorial.
Thinks I was looking at these memorials that might be duplicates of each other.
Otto Ornberg that passed away in 1952 and buried in Turlock Memorial Park Cemetery memorial #55786188
There is another listing for an Otto Ornberg that passed away in 1952 and is buried in Turlock Memorial Park Cemetery memorial #37195756
I noticed that Uri and Url were close in spelling and passed away around the same time and are in the same cemetery but originally missed that they were different individuals.
I was trying to figure out if Ornberg was German, Swedish, Norwedgian or Finnish. I've seen it spelled with the umlaut above the O as in Örnberg.

very odd, wasn't sure it was the same person but dates match so hoped you'd know. Won't hurt to leave both and pray someone else turns up with the right info
