I started working on the veterans buried in Washington County. I try to be polite and will transfer any of my enteries. I do not go by the Find A Grave guidelines. Anyone may use any photos I have posted because I belive in sharing everything to help in family research. I try to avoid duplicates but one slips through. If I enter a duplicate please let me know.

James Coke
Hi Joe. I based James' birth date on his WWII draft registration record, which listed his birth date as 22 February 1893. The 1900 U.S. Federal Census listed him as being 7 years old, so I figured that 1893 was the most likely year of his birth.

Sise family memorials
My name is Sherry Deetz. I have been researching my husbands family for a little over a year & notice that you have some of his grandmother's family (Sise). She was Myra Lucy Sise. I wonder if you would not mind transferring any SISE graves that you control. Also if you have any THURMAN graves. My husband's great grandmother was a THURMAN.

Thank you for your consideration!

Mary C. Bowman
I believe that your memorial for Mary C. Bowman #112845989 might be a duplicate of Catherine Youngs Bowman #65482178 in Grace Lawn. You might check. Thanks

I am posting this to three creaters in hopes that it will be noted that this Pearl Harbor sailor to be reburied.
His body was never identified and buried in a mass grave. Through DNA testing his remains are now going to be layed to rest with his parents in New Hampshire.
