My name is Laurel. I'm married and live in Central Texas. I just recently became involved in several groups on Facebook, Historic Texas Cemeteries and Cemetery Explorers. And also Find A Grave. I just enjoy visiting cemeteries, especially older cemeteries. I find a peace and tranquility there; I also find the history very interesting. I enjoy being able to find graves for other people, the joy that it brings to them. I personally am researching the Ioor/Joor family history after discovering three brothers buried at an old cemetery near my home. I am related to the Jones, Ritchey, Edge and Brymer families in Williamson County and Lee County. I also have my father's family at Pilot Grove Cemetery (Clark, Parker) and Hillcrest Cemetery (Allen) in Bell County. I have not added very many memorials, but I will consider transferring a Memorial to direct family. I hope that I can help you if you need a picture of a certain grave in my area. I'll do my best. Also, I typically add at least three photos to a memorial; if a member needs me to delete some of my photos, just message me and I will be happy to work with you.|

A couple of years ago, my daughters and I gave a CD of Arrowood Cemetery photos to the Gatesville Geneological Society. I'm sure they would not mind sharing a copy with you if you ask. Or if you give me your mailing address I can send you a copy of Coryell County cemetery photos. The list may be incomplete due to interest in my family limiting the number of photos. Let me know.

I added your comment to Emma Basham at Arrowood. Her mother was my great grandmother. I also found out through Ancestry.com that I am related to the Arrowood Family. I visited the Arrowood Cemetery a couple of years ago. It is well-maintained, but hard to get to. I have pictures of tombstones if you are interested in seeing them.

Have entered your information. Thanks for a good job, and you have a nice profile. I am willing to transfer most memorials outside of Bosque County.
Data added. Thanks.

Laurel, your facts about Aunt Callie seem to be all correct. I am very interested in WHY you're interested in my family unless you are connected in some way. Could it be simply curiosity? Can't imagine that. I've been playing with family history for a long time now, off and on, and rarely get interested in a history which has no connection to me. Can you tell me your connection or point of interest?
As to correct spelling of my last name, that is a story I'll tell you in another message. Please get back to me via my personal email so I can answer you without going through this or through Ancestry's procedures. I have had to do some real digging just to get into find-a-grave tonight so I could answer you. Your information on my family is correct, basically, as I said, but not complete. If you're connected in some way, I'll give you some of the missing parts. For example, where David Samuel's father is? One of the casualties of the War Between the States.
I got an e-mail notification of your message tonight.
but when I sent to read my messages, I found three more but they had been left for me in 2012. I had never seen them before, darn it. If only they had gone direct. Avoid the "system" and get back to me, please.

Laurel, I added an obituary and Texas Death Certificate information to Stella Warren Pollard's memorial #46153022. Perhaps this will help with your research.
|Eva Merryman||James McGee|
I was incorrect in the previous email. They are interested in family members of James's son Jesse McGee - not James's parents. Eva

A while back you sent me some info on James McGee in the Harrisonburg Cemetery, Catahoula Parish, Louisiana. Are you a relative or do you know any family members of James. I have someone who is wanting to find family members of his parents.
