My name is Lanette Estill-Cooper & I live in central California. Most of my contributions have been in Howard County, Missouri & San Luis Obispo County, California. Death & birth certificates often have misspellings and incorrect information. If you are related to these interees & have any corrections I will gladly change them. Please don't get mad at me like the crazy lady from Hawaii. Or if you have information that you would like added I'll be happy to do that also. I always try to find out the parents of the people I enter as well as their spouse.
Over half of my entries are in the Santa Margarita Cemetery in Santa Margarita, California. I was helping the local historical society with this cemetery & I am not related to anyone in it. There are about 100 names I haven't listed yet. There are about 100
unmarked graves as well, for which I have some names. If you don't see your relative on findagrave, e-mail me & I will look on the roster I have. If you have any info on these people or any interesting stories about them, the Santa Margarita Historical Society would love to hear from you.
I am always interested in exchanging information with distant cousins. All my people come from Howard County, Missouri or Chaffee County, Colorado. Some of the surnames in my family are Estill, Fisher, Bertschy, O'Malley, Crowley, Lynch, Cowan and Loughney.
Take care & have a GREAT summer! Lanette

Thank you for the headstone photo for Gladys. Is it alright if I use it on my ancestry.com and give you credit. Thanks Alvin 47244491

I saw your photos of Ruby Cemetery. Do you know what happened to it? It looks like its been buried in a mine tailing in the one photo. I haven't been out there in years so that is why I am asking.

That's the year I have, and since her family was living in San Jose, SLO County from 1880 to 1900, I'm guessing that's where the wedding took place. At the family ranch. Unless they went into the big city of Santa Margarita to the Catholic church.

I just looked again and some people have his death in 1880 (he was still alive in the 1880 census). I looked in the Missouri death records online and found nothing for him. He must be somewhere in Howard County, as he was there throughout his latter years. Sorry.

|John Bracchi||RE: Claudina Roza|
Claudina Doris "Dina" (Villa) Roza's parents are Lazaro Torres Villa #52917505 and Amelia Bridget (Garcia) Villa #52984759. I sent this edit through the Find A Grave auto-edit process this morning and it should appear some day. Maybe I'll poke around and see if I can find the parents of Ronald "Boss" Villa, Amelia's grandson.
I've finally found where most of my Villa "Cousins" grew up and are buried and am filling in the family tree for Stanley Villa, my 2nd cousin.
Are you related to CC Pettyjohn and if so would you like to manage his memorial. Also do you know who Samuel Pettyjohn is in relation to CC?

I have a question, how do you know John R. Walsh is the son of Miriam Cooper?

It looks like you're related to the Warfords and maybe the Kirbys and Craigs. I am descended from those and other Howard County lines, like Spotts and Baylor and Baxter and Hinch and Horton/Whorton. Are you related to any of these lines?

The Death Cert says date of birth 1843. That isn't necessarily the gospel. There are many errors but i thought it was interesting that she was apparently married but it wasn't acknowledged at death. Who knows. Do as you wish.
