A small group of members from the Prince Rupert Genealogy Club are attempting to photograph every grave in the local cemetery and post these to the cemetery index we have submitted to FAG. As genealogists we appreciate this kind of information others have offered and are pleased to be able to contribute 'in kind'. Our club meets the first Tuesday of most months in the local LDS church at 7:30pm | |

 | RE: Loucie Larson That was quick! Many thanks! | | | Lenore Hudson
 | Loucie Larson Yes, you`re correct ... I think it was such a weird spelling that when I spoke to staff at the cemetery they assumed it was `Louise`. Anyways, it is Lucy Larsen. Maybe I can change the stone one day. Meanwhile, number is 47438271. Sorry, email here is no longer friendly with hot mail it seems and I don`t have the ones they require. Thank you for the transfer and thanks to all of you ... I`ve never heard of another group who does so much! | | | Lenore Hudson
 | Louise 'Lucy' Larsen The above person under your care is my maternal grandmother. The name Louise Larson on the marker was likely taken from the death registration. That information was given by Lucy's mother-in-law who did not know the correct information or who was misunderstood while giving the information. I have examined the information, however, and this is definitely my grandmother, Lucy Thompson Larsen. The illness, the death date and place where buried and the name of the mother-in-law, address, etc. all match up.
Would you please transfer this to my care? | | | Ian Macaulay
 | thanks again I have provided the same treatment for this one as mentioned before.
Thank you Ian Macaulay | | | Ian Macaulay

 | thank you Thank you so very much. I live in Houston Texas USA and due to your efforts I was able to get a picture of my grandfather's gravestone (George Henry MARTIN). This means a lot to me and to our family. We never would have seen this otherwise.Added by Leslie M on Feb 17, 2012 10:57 AM | | | Lenore Hudson
