John, I just sent you additional info on Barbara Pate Stark for her birth record to add to the memorial you set up. I know you have some Pate memorials and I have info on them since the Pates are relatives. Expect some more updates. LOL Thank you for all you do. If you ever want to pass some of these off to anothers care I will more than happy to take them off your hands. I concentrate on family members in Find A Grave in correlation to my family tree on Ancestry.com. Thanks again, Lester Van Huss #47859148.

RE: David Stewart.
That's OK, I've loaded the Find A Grave parents into my family tree to play with to find some legitimacy on the parents. Who knows, maybe everyone on Ancestry.com is wrong.

On another note, I notice that you have gone back to some memorials an have taken new photos. The new photos are excellent.

v
William Joseph Lawhon b. 1845 m. Rhoda Caroline "Kate" Gardner"
Their dau. is Rosalthe Lee Lawhon m. James Francis Parker.
She was his 2nd wife.

Rosalthe is the sister to my father's uncle, Clinton Walker Lawhon, who I knew as a child. I have some photos of the Lawhons, and can't identify all of them.

3. Mary Kate Lawhon b. 8-7-1912
4. Dean R. (Roberts) b. 12-30-1913, d. 2-19-2007

From their father's obit, the sons and daughter match. As a cross-reference, they all seem to be very educated and have distinction.

1. Ralph H. Parker: "The Father of Academic Libraries Automation," Dean, School of Library Science, University of Missouri. He married Mary Katheryn Norman on 6-23-1935, Austin, Travis Co., TX. She was b. 4-15-1913.

2. [Dr.] Glen Lawhon Parker: b. 2-24-1911, on a farm near Bertram, TX. He was the developer of Rural Telephone Unions Network in Central, Texas.
He received his BA, MA, and Ph.D. from the University of Texas. He was an Industrial Economist, U.S. Government, and Economic Advisor for many developing countries.

James Francis Parker was marrid first to Elizabeth "Betty" White. From his Find A Grave# it links only the children they had, but a second newspaper obit has the same children listed consecutively, with Rosalthe Lawhon, after the children of present wife and James Francis Lawhon.

Linking them would be great!
