I found a John Jones birth 1839 to 1923. Was his wife name Catherine and son Howard? If so, I have a picture I can upload for you. Thanks

Transfer request-Basil Robertson Prather
Hello, I sent an edit request but have not heard back. Basil R. Prather (#15005405) is my direct ancestor. I have some additional information, documents and links that I would like to add. Would you be willing to transfer him? Thanks for your consideration.

Additional Information
My memorial (#53665048) added 6/3/2010 was a duplicate of your memorial (#36582586) entered 4/30/2009; but, it has additional information that you may want to add to your memorial before I delete my duplicate.

Ann Martin Walker
Martin family
Hi, Brison Martin is my 3rd great grandfather, buried at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Hall. I noticed that you have created several memorials for this family - thank you!

1) Pearl Brice Martin, #36663363, is Brison's grandson. Pearl Brice's father, William, is buried at South Park Cemetery in Martinsville. I have been searching for Brison's parents for almost 4 years, but have not been able to find out anything. Would you have any further info about Brison?

2) 3 children are listed on Pearl B. Martin's info. There is another one that you have created - for Clyde "Jack" Martin #36663332. If you could link that one to Pearl B. and his wife Lillie T. (maiden Bray) Martin #36663388, I would appreciate it!

Or, if no one else has claimed ownership, please let me know. I would be happy to take over ownership.

Thank you!

Mathias Dunbough
I'm seeing four memorials that you created from Mathias Dunbough. Are these duplicates of each other?

They all have the same birth and death information. Is there a reason there are four of them?

Military Markers
I was at the Wolf Lake Cemetery and noticed that my Uncle Thomas Ott's WWII marker was missing the rod that held it in place. So I took it to work and made a new one. Yesterday I drove up there to return it. Then I walked around, which I normally do and noticed four or five more plaques that had the rods missing. So, I think I will make some more rods and try to replace those that I noticed laying on on near their respected markers. It is a very small token of my appreciation to those who servered our country.

Request Leroy Payton Memorial Transfer
Hello Knighthawk,

If Leroy Payton ID# 38297575 is not a relative of yours, would you mind transferring his memorial to me? Leroy Payton is a cousin of mine. The name Leroy sort of runs in Payton family on what's called genetic memory theory my brother's name is Leroy. I realize and I commend you on all the hard work and effort you have put in all of your projects, especially all 133 virtual Vet cemeteries. As a Vet I would be honored with the transfer of this memorial.

Thanking you in advance for considering and hoping you would transfer this memorial.

Best regards.

Helen Turner (Tyler) Hastie Cemetery
Hello knighthawk,

Thank your very nice and clear photos for this Helen (listed as Turner) but really TYLER.

I have sent a message to the person posting the memorial to ask for proper changes.

Even thought it is not my Helen, we can get her memorial corrected.

Thank you so much, have a great day!

RE: Helen Turner-Hastie Cemetary
Hello Knighthawk,

I was actually hoping that the photo would guide me.

The memorial is NOT mine, but in tracing this line of Turners, am just trying to "sort it all out", as it were.

IF those dates match, please go ahead and post.

Hopefully we can figure it all out, next is trying to find an obituary, death record or funeral home record.

Thank you for being a Find A Grave volunteer, I appreciate it very much.
