Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am a graduate of Shippensburg University with a Bachelor of Arts in Art and a certification to teach Art to grades K-12. I live in Biglerville, PA and am a substitute teacher and photographer on the side.

I'm searching for the names Slaybaugh, Weidner, Starner, Hummer, Stauffer, Rice, Meals, Griffie, Griffin/Griffen, Spangler/Spengler on my mom's side.

I'm searching for the names Swiger, Queen, McCoy, Singleton, Matthews, Backus/Beckes/Bechues on my father's side.

If you share the last names that I am searching for or know any history for the above names, please do not hesitate to contact me! I love learning about my family history!

Please message me with any corrections for a memorial and for any transfer requests and I'd be happy to make said corrections or do the transfers!

The link listed as my website is the family tree I have built. Feel free to take a look or join if you'd like! It consists of 250 relatives with several family photos. More photos to come in the future!

RE: Queen family
You're welcome, Erica :) Sorry for the delayed response-my email has been messed up and for some reason Find a Grave alerts were going to my junk folder. Happy that I could help you out :)

Griest Memorial
Hi Eria,

I really appreciate you taking the time to find the Griest memorial and taking a very nice photo. What you've done has put a piece of a puzzle together for me.

I sure it is enjoyment for you to walk the cemeteries, but please don't forget that your volunteer-ism is appreciated for us people that can't get to the different cemeteries.

Henry Fickle Headstone Photo

Thank you very much for taking the time to photograph the headstone of my 3x grandfather Henry Fickel. York Springs is over 300 miles from where I live here in Connecticut so I am sure that I would never had seen it except for your kindness.

RE: Slaybaugh
Wow! Thanks for the information! You've done some impressive tracing! I didn't pursue the Slaybaugh line since it's not my direct line, but I do see that name a lot in the Adams's County newspapers of old.

Happy hunting to you!
